Trinity Lutheran Church and 3 Guys in The Dark Release "Are You Calling?" Video

May 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Wesminster, Maryland - 3 Guys In The Dark Productions released their outreach video entitled "Are You Calling?" This piece is their fourth production, following two congregational works and an historical video. "Calling?" was developed as a vehicle to communicate with an audience not familiar with Trinity Lutheran Church or for those people who have recently visited the church.

"It took us more than two years to complete this video", said Robert Wilkins, the creative/production lead for 3 Guys In The Dark Productions. "Not because it is a masterpiece, but more because the process demanded it. Many things happened over this time and it finally came together when God intended. John and Ken were extremely supportive and patient during this entire campaign." John Crosby, the creative/busiiness lead and Ken Ryan, the technical lead, helped form 3 Guys In The Dark with Wilkins in 2005. "We went through many edits and stalls during the making of this video, but it all gelled with Rich's soundtrack", Wilkins added.

Rich Fehle, an accomplished country/bluegrass recording artist, composed the title track "Are You Calling?" exclusively for the video. "John and I discussed our purpose for this video with Rich and John shared some lyrics he had jotted down. The genius of Rich Fehle went to work," Wilkins continued. "When he unveiled the song to us, we were blown away. The rest was easy."

The song and video, "Are You Calling?" speaks to people as individuals. It poses questions that people ask themselves every day. The movie is inspiring, warm, and unique. "Calling?" invites the audience to consider God's plan for them and whether they're doing anything about it.

Trinity Lutheran Church, in scenic Westminster, Maryland is a small country church with historical roots. Trinity was formed in 1866, following the Civil War, in order to spread the Gospel to local families and immigrants in a language they could understand.
