Goodbye is the debut single of American pop singer, Kristinia DeBarge. It was released to US iTunes on April 7, 2009 and is set to go for adds on US pop radio on April 28, 2009. The song has already been added to Z100 along with many other big pop stations. It samples the song "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" by Steam. The single slowly started to gain airplay on the pop format of U.S. radio in early April and continued to slowly grow until mid-April when a Z100 add sent the song shooting up in airplay with digital sales soon following behind it. The song debuted at number 75 on the Billboard Hot 100 on April 30, 2009. It has also risen on the U.S. iTunes Top 300 to number 19. Kristinia DeBarge is an American pop singer. Her father, James DeBarge, was a founding member of 1980s R&B family group DeBarge. Kristinia was first featured on the 2003 American Idol spinoff, American Juniors. Kristinia's debut album will be released by Sodapop Music, a new division of Island Def Jam Music. Many of the tracks were written and produced by Babyface. Her debut album is scheduled to be released on June 30, 2009.
