Madison, WI — Madison, WI-based telecom expense management provider, Visicom, publicly announced today that it will officially be known as Valicom, effective immediately. The change resulted from reevaluation of the services offered by Valicom. “Our core purpose is to validate our client’s telecom expenses, to ensure they are not overpaying for their communications services. We feel the Valicom name better represents where we focus our efforts on a daily basis,” said president and CEO, Nancy Peckham.
As a telecom expense management and cost reduction provider, Valicom offers full lifecycle telecom expense management solutions. Services include invoice and payment processing, auditing services, plan and network optimization, RFP, asset management and contract negotiations. By utilizing Valicom as a third-party processor of these telecom services, companies are able to better utilize staff in more strategic areas versus the constant management of telecom expenses.
The change in company name does not reflect changes in service, quality or ownership. Since 1991, Valicom has been a 100% woman-owned telecom expense management business, supplying quality service to enterprise clients, and will continue to do so.
