Judge Napolitano has risen as a leading national voice in educating and warning the public about the federal government's recent unlawful confiscation of Constitutional rights, from individuals, businesses and even the states, and the need for citizens to lawfully resist these aggressive acts. His newest book, “Dred Scott's Revenge”, exposes the full nature of our nation's abhorrent record of racial inequality, including the immoral acts and positions of some of America's “favorite sons”, such as Abraham Lincoln and Woodrow Wilson. In this interview, Judge Napolitano discusses the findings of this book, and comments on Dr. Future's inquiries of how the range of responses that “people of faith” elected historically to slavery and issues of race, from avoidance and ambivalence to active intervention, also face Christians today in responding to the Government's current confiscation of Constitutionally-
guaranteed civil rights and freedoms. He also makes provocative claims that those who espouse Judeo-Christian values are obligated to disobey laws that violate Constitutional restrictions, and even that which violates natural law. Walt Mansfield, pastor of Grace Shepherd Church in Bellfontaine, Ohio, also bravely comes forward as an eyewitness of a 2006 meeting he attended, hosted by FEMA and other government and civil organizations (the government presentation documents of which have been forwarded to the hosts), which was intended to recruit and receive oaths from pastors across the country that they will preach sermons that will coerce parishioners to obey all government orders without delay, and actively coerce them to give up guns and property if resistant during national emergencies such as flu epidemics (the announced purpose of the meeting at the time), in exchange for prioritized receipt of scarce food and vaccines for their families. He warns that this program appears to have spread to every county in the country, and based upon his observations, pastors everywhere are taking the oaths to impose State dictates on their flocks.
