Have you tried "everything"
According to legend, Ayurveda was revealed to mankind thousands of years ago by the "Sun god". It spread throughout the world and has been maintained by indigenous cultures all over the world. Today, you can get a degree in Ayurveda in India, but you first have to become a doctor according to the Western medical system.
Ayurveda says that in order to lose weight you need to be in tune with your body, mind, emotions, as well as the seasons, time of day and how you personally respond to it all. It may sound complicated but all you have to do is take a quick questionnaire to determine your "mind-body type" and follow the simple lists that relate to you.
The lists contain diet, exercise and lifestyle tips that are specifically suited to you. When you look at the lists you will immediately realize that it contains all the foods, activities and lifestyle that you "know" you enjoy but you just aren't doing them.
According to Ayurveda we get into bad habits for one reason or another and all we need to do is get back to our own balance and the excess weight will melt off. You will become healthy, full of energy and feeling blissful all the time.
Of course you can go out and buy all kinds of products because people are willing to sell them to you, but you don't need to. You can do pretty-well everything Ayurveda recommends within your existing budget and lifestyle. On the other hand, we are all lazy in one way or another and looking for conveniences. So maybe there are some products that will help you take a shortcut.
