Last week show featured talented choreographer Rachel Lee. Ms. Lee a graduate of “Alvin Ailey Dance School” is a versatile dancer who specializes in her passion for East Indian dancing. From the designing of the customs and props for her presentations Ms. Lee is a well rounded entertainer. She shared the spotlight on the program with another important person in Trinidad's Culture, Mr. Ashford Joseph. Mr. Joseph blinded in his early teen has lived an accomplished life as a composer. Amongst the many songs under his belt, one of his most popular is Soca Santa. He participated and won many Best Village competitions and trained people who also won. He has produced documentaries and came on the program to promote his upcoming film “Don’t look back” and book “Shadow before me”
Tonite's show will feature the Malick Dance Group headed by Mr. Krishna Seenath who is also lead dancer for the group. Up coming shows will feature the likes of chutney band Millennium Starz headed by Navin Laloo and lead singers Raju and Amila who will perform live on the show.
