Ho Math and Chess Benito Juarez is located in Mexico city, Mexico. Ho Math and Chess Benito Juarez is owned and managed by Mr. Cesar Chavez who has been a teacher and consultant for over 10 years. Cesar believes chess is an excellent teaching tool to learn math. Cesar has a BSc in Actuarial Science from ITAM (Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico) and specialties in statistics, mathematics, and computing from UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico).
