Cesar has a BSc in Actuarial Science from ITAM (Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico) and specialties in statistics, mathematics, and computing from UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico).

Each session is 1 to 2 hours depending on grades. Teaching material is not included in the tuition fee. All classes are conducted either in Spanish or English.
