Flame Engineering, a manufacturer of propane-fueled agricultural torches, as well as a great number of other products, had been hurting for better computer systems to accomplish such tasks as Inventory Control and shipping solutions. They searched for and began using Sage Pro ERP—a product that they were assured would meet all their needs. However, unforeseen circumstances left them without any technical support for their new system. Linda Miller of Flame Engineering recalls, “We desperately needed help customizing Sage Pro. It wasn’t working well with our shipping system and pick tickets; and invoicing improvements were badly needed.”
Flame Engineering found SystemLink and began directing all of their issues to them. Since that point, SystemLink has been the picture of customer service, always quick to respond and armed with an expertise that makes solutions come easy. “SystemLink got the shipping system to communicate with invoicing which took care of the inventory control problem,” said Linda. “We thought we had lost some data history but SystemLink was able to recover it without a problem. We found ourselves back on board and everything was soon working the way it was supposed to.”
