Propertygyan.com plans to open up about 50 offices/franchisees throughout Delhi and nearby areas by end of 2009 and then to other metros from 2010. People can use the portal to search properties or post their properties and then our sales offices contact the buyer/seller to help complete the transaction. The offices will provide the personal interaction and customized service to the clients for things like property tours, valuation, deal negotiation, registration, etc. “Anybody can select the property through our portal. He just needs to give us a call and our rep from the nearby office will get in touch with him and get the deal closed for him. Ideally, we are looking for synergistic effect between our online and offline model of business”, said Ravi, Chief Operating Officer, during the launch.
