David Weekley Homes to Build Additional 241 Homes in Castle Hills

Bright Realty and Castle Hills, a North Dallas residential gated community, announced that David Weekley Homes will build in Castle Hills West (phase 5) and North (phase 6).

David Weekley will build 124 homes in Castle Hills West, which is west of Old Denton Rd. at Magic Mantle Drive. The homes, on 60 ft. lots, will begin in the $300s.  The builder also has 117 41-ft. home sites in Castle Hills North, located off Hwy. 121 and Standridge Drive (also known as Castle Hills Drive), priced from the low $200s.  David Weekley has lots in other phases of the North Dallas community as well including garden homes.
