A Somerset based radio station is attempting to raise £1 Million for it's chosen charity by asking everyone in the UK using www.twitter.com to donate £1 to a charity that grants the wishes of terminally ill children.
Ross Hemsworth, who himself has over 1000 followers on Twitter asked every Twitter member in the UK to make a Paypal donation of £1 or more to help the charity after realising the huge number of people who are currently "Twittering"
Ross points out that the money will go to The Make A Wish Foundation UK and anyone outside the uK should donate to their local Make A Wish Foundation office. (Charity Registration Nos are 295672/SC037479.)
Ross is MD of Glastonbury Radio who appointed The Make A Wish Foundation UK as their chosen charity for the next twelve months.
