Parkway Green’s specific challenges include processing high volumes of housing applications and queries, achieving visibility of all processes, and meeting targets outlined in the Decent Homes Standard. In order to meet these goals and boost productivity and service, Parkway Green needed a new solution.
Having reviewed the market, Parkway Green selected a shortlist of three providers and following closer analysis felt that IBS was superior in terms of user interfaces, functionality and compatibility with existing systems, and that the expertise of the consultants was second to none. Also, having used IBS’ OPENContractor solution since July 2008, Parkway Green already had confidence that IBS’ ethos was aligned closely to its strategy.

1. Parkway Green Housing Trust is a not-for-profit 'local housing company' that took ownership of 6,000 Wythenshawe homes from Manchester City Council in October 2006
2. It covers the Baguley & Royal Oak, Brooklands, Newall Green, Northenden and Northern Moor areas of Wythenshawe in South Manchester.
