On Friday 24th April Hon. John Dalli, Minister for Social Policy, officially opened the KS International Conference which was held at Le Meridien St.Julians. The Minister spoke on the importance of Malta as a financial centre and its increased importance since it joined the EU.
The Minister was greeted by Sir. Michael Snyder, Chairman of KS International and Mr. Joseph Gauci the Managing partner of KSi Malta. KS International is one of the top 30 alliances of independent accounting firm’s in the world. Delegates from all over Europe representing all member firms of the alliance attended for the conference. During the conference KSi Malta promoted the island as a financial centre. Other Maltese speakers attended the conference including Mr. Charles Borg from Bank of Valletta p.l.c. and Mr. Vincent Farrugia, G.R.T.U.
