Field Force | ProMAIL Services have combined their resources and merged services to cut costs and expenses allowing for more flexibility for their respective clients. Field Force moved from Lenexa, Kansas into the Kansas City, Missouri based headquarters of ProMail Services in November of 2008. "With this merger we are able to combine our resources, cut overhead and offer our customers more services,” says Ryan Hartz, Sr. production manager for Field Force Media. “Both companies will benefit greatly from this consolidation, allowing each company to offer more services to our respective companies”.
Field Force has expanded its custom CD packaging services for its customers. Giving their customers flexibility on smaller quantities of 4 color custom printed CD sleeves, wallets and DigiPaks.
In addition to their new printing services they have vastly increased the size of their warehousing and fulfillment capabilities, giving them more flexibility in larger fulfillment and distribution clients. Field Force launched its online CD & DVD duplication service DiscountDupes.com in 2004, which allows customers to select CD and DVD printing and packaging options, receive an instant price quote, purchase their CD or DVD Copies and upload the content all online, giving their customers quick turnaround and low cost service.
