The only negative aspect of that transaction is that you can’t sell the Villa for two years. But as Nick says “It’s not for everyone but it shows you what people will do to try and get them out of a very difficult situation”.
So for the first time in a long time there are a few fantastic Marbella Luxury property bargains available but as always they are unlikely to be available for long.
