Urban Active offers Community Training for Bluegrass 10K beginning Tuesday, April 28th thru July 1st

PR Log (Press Release) – Apr 27, 2009 – A 10 week training program for anyone who wants to participate is being offered by Urban Active Palomar (located at:  1028 Wellington Way in Lexington – 859.219.9558) on Tuesdays at 9:10 AM starting April 28th until June 2nd.  

From Tuesdays starting June 9th thru July 1st the group will be meeting at 7:00AM at Urban Active Palomar and also on Saturdays at 7:30 AM at Shillito Park pool parking lot up until weekend of July 4th race.

Urban Active non-members and members are welcome.  This is open to all who have the common purpose of wanting to train to be their best in this year’s Annual Bluegrass 10K.
