FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Apr 23, 2009 – The series of business breakfasts for professional networking among top management of hospitality industry began with a first business breakfast at a 5* Swissotel Krasnye Holmy –an official hotel partner of the event.

Discussion on the topic “Cost Management: HR” gathered some of the most active hospitality market players, such as hotels’ and companies’ general management and heads of key departments. This business breakfast, which took place in Zurich conference hall of Swissotel Krasnye Holmy, was a great opportunity for each member to listen and comment on two presentations by affluent speakers about HR costs optimization.

In the first part of the event the attendees were given a presentation by Maria Bek, Regional HR Director Russia, Hyatt Corporation, and HR Director at the owning company of Grand Hyatt, Federation Tower Management (part of Mirax Group holding). Maria spoke about HR cost optimization methods and shared some specifics of corporate HR strategy at Hyatt Corporation. The second speaker was Anna Beketova, HR Director at a Russian hotel chain Azimut Hotels, in her presentation she covered methods of HR cost reduction at Azimut Hotels and shared some analytic HR management data. First HIT club meeting was attended by top management from such hotels as Ararat Park Hyatt, Katerina City, Swissotel Krasnye Holmy, Savoy, Lotte Hotel Moscow and such companies as CB Richard Ellis, LPQ Russia, Libra and others; all actively took part in discussions. Leading print and online professional press representatives also attended the event.

Club members were treated to a sumptuous traditional breakfast by Swissotel – Italian ham and cheeses, fresh pastries and breads, yogurts and jams, fresh tropical fruits, juices and strong coffee.

Margarita Manoskina, Project Manager of HR, Lotte Hotel
“I want to express a sincere appreciation to the HIT Club’s event organizers. Participants had a great opportunity to listen to industry leaders, exchange ideas on various aspects of the event topic, and to simply network with their colleagues. Very informative presentations, cozy atmosphere, lively interest of the participants and organizer’s professionalism definitely created an intention to take part in next Club’s event.”

Alexey Akindinov, Deputy General Manager, Savoy Hotel Moscow
“This is a great platform for experience exchange and informal communication. I’m certainly going to attend the subsequent events.”

Natalia Sadyrova, General Manager, Katerina City Hotel
“Great idea! These meeting are going to gain popularity because of the event’s “intimate” setting, up-to-date topics and an opportunity to ask questions and interact with speakers, not just listen to the presentations.”

All materials used in the business breakfast, including the speakers’ presentations were provided to the HIT Club members by organizers in electronic format for the further use.
