The series of business breakfasts for professional networking among top management of hospitality industry began with a first business breakfast at a 5* Swissotel Krasnye Holmy –an official hotel partner of the event.
Discussion on the topic “Cost Management: HR” gathered some of the most active hospitality market players, such as hotels’ and companies’ general management and heads of key departments. The second speaker was Anna Beketova, HR Director at a Russian hotel chain Azimut Hotels, in her presentation she covered methods of HR cost reduction at Azimut Hotels and shared some analytic HR management data.
