Learn How The Government Will Pay You $8,000 to Buy Your First Home

The Downtown Office of ERA Wilder Realty is hosting a FREE Brunch N Learn seminar on the new $8,000 tax credit government program. The seminar will include expert speakers and is geared to helping first time homebuyers understand how to qualify and utilize this program. “I think this is an exciting program that will benefit so many people that have dreamed of buying a home.” says Morris Lyles, Broker of ERA Wilder Realty’s Downtown Office. “Most folks are very interested, but need a little helping in understanding how to take advantage of it. We’re bringing together all of the aspects of the program in order to make the process as easy as possible.””  

The session will cover  the tax, legal, mortgage and real estate benefits and criteria of the program.
