The Kinetix/JOpt implementation provides an optimized distribution of work orders across available work crews, taking into consideration availability and working hours, requisite skill requirement to perform work and travel time between orders. Furthermore time required on-site to perform work and time window within which order may be worked (appointments, blackout dates) are also considered.
