ATLANTA - According to the United States Department of Labor, the U.S. has lost 5.1 million jobs since the recession began, and unemployment rates for African American men swelled to 13.3 percent in February and March.  Men seeking employment today need to treat the interview process like they do a close shave:  There is little room for error, and if they go against the grain when they shouldn't, they can get burned.
