Seattle, WA−Members of the marketing, management, and entrepreneurship club DECA have the chance to join Zooppa’s creative community and participate in an exclusive competition to develop video and print ads for Taco Del Mar.
Zooppa teams with major brands to sponsor advertising competitions among members of its creative community. Following a creative brief supplied by the brand, Zooppa members, or Zooppers, create ads and upload them to Zooppa.com where they are commented and voted on by the whole community. The Zooppers whose ads receive the most votes win cash prizes. This is Zooppa’s first competition with Taco Del Mar, and the first to open exclusively to DECA members.
“ I can’t believe that I have the opportunity to work on a real marketing project,” said Taylor Wong, Woodinville High school DECA member. “The idea that my DECA chapter has the chance to participate in a brand building competition is amazing.”

As of April 13th, Washington state DECA members are able to submit their Taco Del Mar ads to Zooppa.com. The winning submissions will win Taco Del Mar gift certificates, apparel, and a special grand prize. More importantly, participants will build the credentials, marketing skills, and developing research strategies that potential employers are looking for.
The winning ads will be chosen by the Zooppa community via online voting and by Taco Del Mar. The competition is open to DECA participants until June 1st.
