The Turboexpanders.com team is pleased to announce several new product offerings. New offerings include bare replacement expanders, regional skid refurbishments, and replacement circuit boards among others. The primary market for these services is the existing fleet of Rotoflow® branded turboexpanders. See http://www.turboexpanders.com
According to company PR Manager Mr. O. R. King, customers have responded favorably to a recent survey where the key questions were related to new products they wanted. "The response rate was much higher than we expected" said King, and based on the survey results our management outlined an enhanced strategy whereby the company would supplement its highly successful service offerings with the requested products. The new product plan was implemented in less than 90 days and has been fully rolled out in early 2009. Mr. King confirmed the response has been phenomenal with firm orders received for each new category of product offering.
The company has received an order to replace a turboexpander originally supplied by Texas Turbines of Azle Texas. The "drop-in" replacement turbine will re-use the existing oil, seal, and instrument system as well as the mounting structure. Key benefits include much higher efficiency and modern design features not available from the original supplier. Another new order has been received for a Rotoflow skid refurbishment project bringing the total to three such skids under refurbishment since this service was introduced. Mr. King further commented that the new replacement circuit board products have been flying off the shelves since introduced several months ago. The most popular boards have been the wiring, tachometer, shutdown and control boards. Customers love the fact these are newly manufactured rather than refurbished circuit boards says King.
In closing, Mr. King confirmed that several new product offerings were planned during the remainder of 2009 to accommodate the flood of requests received from turboexpander users. King encouraged users to continue to submit their requests on the company website and promised each request would receive a timely response.
