Heritage Wake Forest Wins a Record Seven Awards at Annual Home Builders Association Event

seven awards at the 2009 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) awards banquet held in the Triangle on April 17, 2009.  

Heritage Wake Forest and Ammons Development Group earned accolades in the following categories:

•   Development Company of the Year – Silver Award
•   Best Land Plan for a Master Planned Community
•   Best Master Planned Community Landscape Design
•   Best Master Planned Community Recreation Design
•   Best Merchandising for an Attached Home Priced $175,000 or Less
•   Best Merchandising for an Attached Home Priced $300,001 to $400,000
•   Sales Manager of the Year – Pat Mills, Heritage Sales Manager and Vice President and Senior Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston Builder Services

The coveted MAME awards are given to members of the home building industry who demonstrate the ability to create effective marketing materials and programs.

More than 30 real estate marketing experts from across the country served as judges by reviewing and rating marketing materials.  The awards were presented at a private black tie banquet held at the Embassy Suites in Cary.
