Rocky Hill, CT—As the company continues to grow as a leading full-service interactive marketing agency, Horizon Marketing Group has promoted Jeff Mard to the position of Director of Strategic and Mobile Marketing.
In his new role, Jeff will oversee Horizon Marketing Group's Marketing Strategy team, which is responsible for the planning and management of clients’ marketing campaigns and application of development projects. As head of the company’s Mobile Marketing Division, Jeff will ensure that clients are incorporating the latest advancements in mobile technologies such as text messaging and mobile-optimized websites to their overall strategic marketing initiatives.

With more than 10 years experience in the interactive marketing world, Jeff combines his strength as a hands-on strategic thinker with an impressive history of managing and cultivating key relationships with Fortune 500 companies.
Jeff Mard joined Horizon Marketing Group in April 2008 as Senior Account Manager and Marketing Strategist. He quickly established a strong track record for account management, marketing strategies and business development for a variety of Horizon Marketing Group clients. Jeff also successfully developed and implemented technology-based marketing solutions for a variety of communications platforms including email marketing, search engine optimization and wireless technologies.
Prior to joining the Horizon Marketing Group team, Jeff held marketing and account management positions at Octagon Marketing, The Concept Studio and most recently Alcone Marketing. A graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Accounting Option) and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.
