Chattanooga Home Search to be added to GiveMeChattanooga

GiveMeChattanooga announced today that it will be incorporating a new "Home Search" option to it's on-line Chattanooga Guide. Larry Jarnagin (Owner of GiveMeChattanooga) states "It is my opinion that visitors to on-line real estate sites value being able to view homes for sale, without having to click through a maze of links". My. Jarnagin adds "Requiring visitors to sign-up and fill out forms just to see homes for sale is jumping ahead on the Realtors part, potential homebuyers don't want to feel pressured - and having to give out their personal information on the front-end can be a turnoff."

The new "Home Search" option will be available to new and exisiting Clients of GiveMeChattanooga, with the cost to have listings featured starting at $15/listing...and the listing will remain on GiveMeChattanooga until it either sells, or is taken off the market. The link to the "Home Search" will be located on the "Homepage", "Relocation" page and a link will be placed at the top of each "real estate" page. My Jarnagin adds "An inexpensive way for Realtors to promote listings is especially attractive to Realtors in this economy, when watching marketing dollars closely has become a critical aspect of managing a successful Real Estate business."

GiveMeChattanooga  rests on the idea that potential homebuyers want to first see photos of homes, along with descriptions..secondly they will choose a Realtor... more often than not, choosing the Realtor that has a particular listing that they're interested in.
