Ms. Sagastume also described the Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Conference 2009 (OSDBU). This conference was originally established in 1990 as the Procurement Opportunities Conference & Exposition Dulles Expo & Conference Center in Chantilly, VA. The purpose of the conference is to provide networking and educational opportunities to all conference participants.
