Ms. Sagastume also described the Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Conference 2009 (OSDBU). This conference was originally established in 1990 as the Procurement Opportunities Conference & Exposition Dulles Expo & Conference Center in Chantilly, VA. The purpose of the conference is to provide networking and educational opportunities to all conference participants. OSDBU said, “For 17 years we have been successful in bringing small businesses, large corporations and government agencies together in one place.”
