V-Mail Auto Responder Services
Yesterday I was talking to one of our iNetGlobal Marketing Executives Todd Ackerman. Todd runs the Internetdollars.net blog. Todd is an excellent marketer and has built a great following for his blog in a very short time.
V-mail-promo Todd had mentioned that he was having some technical problems with V-Mail.
I have been so busy with other projects that I have not really taken the time to focus on V-Mail for a while, and I know users have been experiencing some problems using the service.
So in a “Knee Jerk” reaction I told Todd that I was considering pulling the plug on V-Mail for now and just going with a Private Label of Aweber, which would be a quick solution to the problem.
Todd seemed to think that V-Mail was an important part of the Services we offer at iNetGlobal, and pointed out that it would be expensive to have to pay seperately for Autoresponder Service.
After thinking about it for a while, I decided to login to my own V-Mail account and have a look around. I was completely Blown Away by the quality of this software, and what it can do for any Email Marketing campaign. V-Mail Rocks!
So I decided it was time to really get focused on V-Mail, and get this Service up to the quality it should be. There is nothing wrong with V-Mail, in fact it is really one of the best Autoresponder Services available anywhere, at any price. The problem is that we are just not supporting it well enough.
Well this is all going to change. Todd was right, so I called him back and told him I was wrong, and that we were going to get V-Mail working the way it should. So, thanks to Todd’s persistence, and a few other members, we are hiring a full time Support Manager for V-Mail, and will completely turn the V-Mail service around, to be one of the finest Autoresponder Services on the Internet. (As it should be)
I will keep you posted to the new developments with V-Mail.
