HOUSTON, TEXAS, January 5, 2009 — GBH CPAs, PC announced today that Glenn Smith, CPA has joined the firm as an Audit Senior serving SEC and private company clients.

Prior to joining GBH, Glenn was a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young.  Prior to beginning his career in public accounting, he held Senior Financial Analyst positions at Dynegy and The Minute Maid Company.  Glenn received his bachelors and masters degrees from The University of Texas.
