April 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Some foods conclusively either raise total cholesterol or lower it resulting in heart disease or health. This book answers by listing what foods re-create heart-healthy cholesterol levels. When specific nutritional choices are combined with caloric-burning activity, improved cholesterol levels occur within 30-60 days. The first 10-chapters instruct readers how to design a menu that achieves cholesterol levels associated with cardiovascular health. The author first tested this protocol by following the book's directions and by making food choices from the book's fill-out menu in chapter 11. His total cholesterol decreased -45 points [-19%] in the first 30-days, and -61 points [-26%] after 60-days. Such results are seldom observed of from diet alone. Of course the argument is if it worked for one, will it work for anyone?  Four Nutrition "Experts", Michael Colgan PhD, Caldwell Esselstyn MD, Stanley B. Covert MD, William B.Grant PhD, also read the book and posted superlative reviews @:
