It’s a wonderful question, unfortunately, there’s no right answer for it.
It’s like asking,
“What’s the best ice cream?”
or
“what’s the best place for me to live?”
or
“whom should I date?”
The right answer depends on the individual.
When you find the business that suits you and your temperament, and you put in the effort, you will succeed.
The key to success in a home based business is consistent and dedicated effort. Many people give their home based business a try for a few weeks, or maybe even a few months. If they don’t have success (which is most likely) they give up and say “the business is no goodl” or “this business is a scam.”
In reality, almost every home based business opportunity can be successful. If anyone has succeeded, then you CAN succeed. But…. you must be willing to put forth the effort.
Some people are willing to put in the time, but are unwilling to invest any money in their home based business. It is unrealistic to think that they can start a business without investing capital. Imagine that you want to open a Starbucks. You tell Starbucks s that you’re willing to work 80 + hours a week, but you don’t really want to invest the $500,000 they require. They’ll laugh you out of the office!
If you want to succeed in a home based business you really need to WANT to succeed. You need to make up your mind that you’re going to keep at it, no matter what, until you succeed. You must stick with it!
If you want “try it for awhile and see how it goes,” don’t even bother.
If you go to college to get a degree to be an accountant, you don’t “try it for awhile and see how it goes!” You go to class every day, and you do your homework, and sometimes it’s really hard and you get discouraged. But you really want to be an accountant. You’re willing to put in the effort for four years (and at a huge expense) because you really WANT it.
That’s the passion you need to be successful, whether in a home based business, or in any worthwhile undertaking.
