Harmony Business and Technology has been shortlisted for a CEDA award for kitchen design for the project at the Copper Dragon. The catering equipment supplied by Harmony has been a success for the brewery as well as an outstanding example of modern commercial kitchen design.
Judges comments
'Harmony Business and Technology had to work to a very tight timescale and adapt as many changes were made by the client along the way but the result was a very satisfied customer.'
Results will be announced this month.
