Outpost24 Turkey Office at Palladium Center
Outpost24, The Technology Leader in Vulnerability Assessment and Management, continues its expansion into Europe with the recent opening of a new office in Istanbul, Turkey.
This development into Turkey will allow Outpost24 to provide its Turkish customer base with a local presence and local support. Ümit Süray, Country Manager for Outpost24 Turkey, was quoted as saying:
“With 70 million inhabitants, and a Gross National Product (GNP) as high as Switzerland, Turkey shows enormous potential in the IT market. IT Security continues to attract attention in Turkey. The first wave of internet security products, such as Anti-Virus and Firewall solutions, took a reactive approach – whereas today we are moving into the second wave where a proactive approach is needed. We have several sources that show the Turkish market moving into this second wave. This tells us that with Outpost24’s move into this market, we are in the right place at the right time.”
Ümit Süray has been appointed to head the Outpost24 office in Turkey. Mr. Süray has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Project Management and Top Management Consulting with a focus on IT. He has held positions as Country Manager, Practice Head, and CEO, serving multinational companies including IBM, SAP and Wipro in Turkey, Germany and Switzerland.
