Six Sigma is a customer focused management methodology that delivers improvement in processes.
When we consider the organizational perspective, the word “customer”
relates to buyers, consumers and users of products and services. The focus sometimes changes to “internal customer” when we consider functional areas like HRD or Finance for implementation of Six Sigma. The customers for HR are “employees”
