The ESTEEM project proceeds successfully towards its completion with the next project meeting taking place in Athens on 23rd and 24th April 2009. The idea of ESTEEM project is to return learners, people from minority ethnic groups, unemployed people and others who experience social and economic disadvantage into the employment market. The ESTEEM project aims empowering these groups by helping them take more control of the development of their learning. The project will support students in developing a personal learning portfolio that they can carry into future training and employment. For this purpose, a Learner Oriented Quality Assurance Process (LOQuAP) is designed that helps to match learner needs with project design and format. Any person interested to find out more, is invited to meet the partners in Athens and discuss with them on the 23rd and the 24th April. For more information, please contact e-ISOTIS and more specifically Mr. Nikolaos Floratos by email:info@e-
