Jackson Hole, Wyoming — The National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is pleased to announce the addition of Barbara Vogelstein to its National Advisory Board (NAB). Of Vogelstein, an investment professional with a long history of philanthropy, Museum President & CEO, James C. McNutt, Ph.D., says, “Barbara Vogelstein will be an excellent NAB member with her knowledge of finance as well as art.”
Ms. Vogelstein has nearly 25 years’ experience in the private equity industry, having been an associate and then partner of Warburg, Pincus from 1976 to 1992 and a partner of Apax Partners & Co. Ventures in London from 1992 to 2000. She is currently involved in a number of charitable activities, including serving on the Boards of Directors/Trustees of Vassar College, the Brooklyn Museum, the School of American Ballet and Third Way. She is also the Chairman and Founder of ShareGift USA, an organization that collects odd lot shareholdings, then aggregates and sells them to benefit charities. Vogelstein is a graduate of Vassar College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
