Kevin Cheston, Head of Operations at Supanet
Burnley, Lancashire -- UK based ISP, Supanet has announced the appointment of Kevin Cheston into the new role of Head of Operations as part of the company's restructuring strategy.
Steve Smart, Managing Director said: "We're very pleased that Kevin has accepted the position. His role will be instrumental in improving the customer experience with Supanet, retaining focus on this as we continue to grow.
"Kevin brings additional strength and proven performance to the senior management team and his selection is in line with our current acquisition strategy."
With over 20 years experience in the ICT (information and technology) industry, Cheston adds a wealth of experience, including a history of joint ventures, divestment and complex post acquisition integration.
Cheston established his first company Network Concepts in 1996, after eight years as Operations Manager for IT and network reseller KDL. From there, Cheston co-founded Network Partners and Nemesis Networks.
The role has been newly created to analyse and improve all processes by working with the product management team and key stakeholders, with the goal of delivering an enhanced customer experience.
Cheston said of his appointment:

Supanet recently announced their position as actively looking for acquisitions in the technology space, with particular attention to small ISPs, voice solution providers and telephony resellers.
