Nitty Gritty Dirt Band To Perform At New Concert Venue In The Valley

Southwest Desert Adventures is pleased to announce that the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band (5 Time Grammy Award Winning Artists) will be performing at La Puesta del Sol on May 16th. La Puesta is located at 14803 N. Hiawatha Hood Road; Fort McDowell, AZ. Gates open at 6:00 p.m.

La Puesta del Sol will be open for concerts to the public for the first time ever. The Promoter, Southwest Desert Adventures, will be working to create a music experience rather than a standard ‘brick and mortar’ concert venue. Through the use of intimate venues, crowd size and experience elements it will be re-establishing the roots of great music performance in the Valley. There will be at least one concert per month through October. Current upcoming acts are scheduled to be George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars and Buddy Guy.

Operating under Southwest Desert Adventures is now formed, a new Music Experience Promotional Enterprise. Through mutually beneficial partner talent resources have been combined top-level talent including (but not limited to): Talent Acquisition, Concert Promotion, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Production and Sponsorships.
