PLC Condotel Rentals Price Match Guarantee has the following terms and conditions:
If within 24 hours of booking a Lancaster Cebu Resort Residences condotel room you find a lower qualifying rate, PLC Condotel Rentals may match and/or rebook your room at that price. To qualify for the lower rate you must meet the following conditions:
1. Price Match Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying room booking through condotel-rentals.com per the terms of this agreement. Qualifying booking must occur on/after 1 May 2009.
2. If you find a booking with the same dates of stay with the same room classification, for the same guests, length of stay, rental term, and subject to the same room restrictions on any other full service travel website or condotel website that is at least $10 lower than the room you booked within 24 hours of the initial booking on condotel-rentals.com, and you contact the PLC Condotel Support Center within 24 hours of completing the booking, then PLC Condotel Rentals will at its option a) rebook the guest(s) on the lower room rate (based on availability)
3. Price Match Guarantee applies only to room reservations booked on condotel-rentals.com for reservations at the Lancaster Cebu Resort Residences, and only for bookings purchased using a valid credit card with a United States, Australian or European billing address.
4. Price Match Guarantee applies only to the total room booking rate and does not apply to differences based on service and other fees or inclusions not collected on the reservation booking.
5. To submit a claim, you must contact the PLC Condotel Rental Support Center within 24 hours of completing the booking, and review the claim details with a travel agent. The agent will verify the claim and if valid determine the action to be taken. If the claim is submitted after the 24 hour period of time or reservation/
6. Price Match Guarantee applies to room rates of $10 or greater found on another full-service travel website or condotel rentals website. The confirmed room rate purchased on condotel-rentals.com will be compared to the second booking rate. Room rates must be compared with like rate restrictions. For example, if an overnight booking rate is made on condotel-rentals.com, it will not qualify if compared to a restricted rate found on another website for weekly or monthly long term rental rates. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including and without limitation, room type, inclusions and restrictions, length of stay, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
7. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to lower room rates that are available on condotel-rentals.com or to any and all refundable bookings that you choose to refund.
8. PLC Condotel Rentals reserves the right to deny any and all claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
9. Price Match Guarantee applies to published rates only, and does not apply to any and all unpublished rates that are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to, corporate discount rates, group rates, long term restricted rental rates, lease rental rates, private owner rates or rentals, related property owner rates, government rates, military rates, meeting rates, wholesale rates or consolidator rates.
10. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to rates where the date and room classifications are unknown until after purchase (commonly known as “opaque rates”), nor does it apply to differences of less than $10 or to service, booking and other fees not charged on the room reservation.
11. Price Match Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a US-based website. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates, group, charter, reward or loyalty programs, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon, contest, or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted and booked in US dollars (and without reference to currency converters).

All rates quoted are fully inclusive of 13% government taxes. There are no security deposits or advances payable. Weekly Rates are based upon 7 nights. Monthly/Yearly rates are based upon 30 night months. Additional nights are charged at the pro-rated weekly or monthly nightly rate. All rates apply to single or double occupancy. Children below 12 without extra bed are free of charge when sharing room with adults. Baby cribs available upon request. These rates may be changed without prior notice.
Room Rates are inclusive of twice a week housekeeping service, i.e., room make-up and linen change. Utilities, i.e., electricity and water, including monthly condo dues are inclusive on daily/weekly and monthly rates however are charged separately for yearly leases.
