Pastry Chef Jim Ungiran has joined our staff with over 30 years baking and cake decorating experience. His resume features stints at Mohegan Sun, Foxwood Lodge and Twin Rivers Casino’s. “We are happy to have Jim and all his experience on our staff” reports Chef Jim Zebert, owner with wife Robyn Cavallaro of Sagra Cooking School and Catering company. Our catering department has enjoyed steady growth during this economic time. Adding specialty cakes and wedding catering to our line up will assist brides with planning their special day.
