Self-Defense Seminar Brings Modern-day Martial Arts Expert to Orange County, CA

PR Log (Press Release) – Apr 10, 2009 – Modern-day martial arts master, Bill Graves, brings his 27 years of practical self-defense experience to Orange County on Saturday April 25th in this highly comprehensive, one-day self-defense seminar.

Although no experience is necessary to attend, current attendees also include highly advanced martial artists looking to take their training to a new level. The cost for the event is $125 and will be held at the Laguna Niguel YMCA from 10am to 5pm.

Hosted by the Adam Williss Martial Arts & Wellness Institute, the seminar will feature many of Bruce Lee's most advanced fighting concepts. It will encompass many of the "so called" secrets of the Chinese martial art of Wing Chun including the hidden applications in its forms, practice methods and chi sao. Conceptual applications will include biomechanical movement and the understanding of structure, using physiology, physics and geometry in understanding how to deal with energy being used against you. Also covered in the seminar will be knowing your enemy and their weaknesses, anti-mugging and rape tactics as well as protection against weapons and intelligent use of non-typical items.
