Pete believes the success of his Team Beachbody business depends on setting and achieving goals. He believes that if each individual Team Beachbody Coach sets monthly goals, this revolutionary health and fitness business is only bound to keep growing. His simple mantra is, “If you continue to push, you’re going to be successful.”
Pete is a strong believer in active recruiting and works hard to keep others just as motivated as he is every day. When asked his secret to motivation, Pete says it’s “about figuring out your “why”. Everybody has a “why”. According to him, most people are shy and hesitant about talking to and approaching other people. However, he works hard to keep his Coaches focused on their “why” because he believes that is what keeps people focused on reaching their goals.
