Allepy, India -- Sourceofyoga announces yoga teacher training and ayurveda retreat in Kerala, India with Caroline Klebl from November 14th to December 11th, 2009. Training is conducted in Kerala, India's pristine and beautiful rejuvenation destination. This yoga teacher training meets the 200 & 500 hour international Certification standards of the Yoga Alliance.
Caroline Klebl offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program for teachers, aspiring teachers and yoga practitioners. Her teacher training combines the high standards of practice, required by the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the development of teaching skills necessary to introduce students to Yoga practice safely and effectively.
Alleppey "the Venice of the East" is the center for backwater cruises in Kerala. A large network of canals pass through the town. Alleppey is on the coast of the Arabian sea and has a long sandy beach. This course will take place at Pagoda Resorts a deluxe Ayurvedic Spa Resort and Rejuvenation Center. Three delicious vegetarian meals will be served each day at Pagoda Resort's Banana Leaf Restaurant. The resort's facilities include an herbal Ayurvedic spa and rejuvenation center, a beautiful conference hall, a pool, an internet cafe and laundry service.

Sunrise Meditation: 6:30am-7am
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style or Led): 7am-9am

Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine which treats the body and mind and brings about complete rejuvenation. Six Ayurvedic massages are included as part of the retreat experience. Pancha Karma, Ayurveda's five deep purification therapies, will also be available at Pagoda Resorts for an additional cost.
