Gaetano’s Restaurant of Red Bank, NJ is pleased to announce the fifth installment in a series of Cooking Classes to be held in the restaurant on Tuesday April 14, 2009. Aspiring Monmouth County cooks have been learning dishes such as homemade spinach fettuccini with fileto di pomodoro and stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat.
In this installment, Gaetano’s chef will show you how to prepare homemade potato Gnocchi from scratch, then walk you step by step through the process of making a Broccoli Rabe appetizer. While you are enjoying the appetizer, He will use the just made gnocchi to prepare an entrée with pesto sauce. After serving the freshest pasta in New Jersey, the chef will show you how to make warm cinnamon apples.

Gaetano’s Cooking Classes run from 7pm until 9pm, and are $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Classes are limited to the first twenty people who register. Price includes the meal, soda, fresh brewed iced tea, coffee or hot tea. Gaetano’
