The Atlantis Ultra Lounge – Couture Runway Fashion Show Debut in Nashville, Tn
April 1, 2009--USA The Atlantis Lounge, located at 174 3rd ave. N, has announced the launch of “Atlantis Couture”, the beginning of a series of beautiful couture runway fashion shows presented throughout the year along with a full menu and bottle service. The first show will take place May 2, 2009 at 8:00 pm at one of Nashville’s most recently opened venues: The Atlantis Ultra Lounge and will feature local designers as well as new lines from some of the industry’s leading urban designers. Both local and national press is invited to cover the event.
The fashion shows are primarily a showcase for national and international designers who create couture and finely tailored garments but off rack clothes from local boutiques will be featured as well. In addition to being a unique opportunity for talented fashion designers, the event promises to attract the participation of some of the most creative makeup artists, trend setting hair stylists and stunning runway models.
“I think Atlantis Couture is a wonderful opportunity for Nashville local designers to showcase their designs as well as local models getting exposure,” says Atlantis Ultra Lounge owner, Bichar Myrtil. “I think we have a lot of great designers looking for an outlet and I think the Atlantis can provide this for them. This will be a merger of music and fashion that will happen down here at the Atlantis Ultra Lounge.”
According to producer Terrance Zackery, “The concept of this exciting series of shows is to create a relaxed but exciting environment for fashionistas to enjoy a top-of-the-line runway show and have the opportunity to interact with the designers and mingle with the “models of Atlantis”.”
Designers or their representatives will be available to take orders on the spot. Boutique and specialty fashion, fashion representatives, selected VIP's, socialites and corporate sponsors are also sure to enjoy these events. Different designers will be featured at each Champagne Fashion event, ensuring a new presentation for every audience.
The Atlantis Ultra Lounge, located in the heart of downtown Nashville is a newly opened nightclub/restaurant that caters to the “grown & sexy” with both live music as well as a great mix of music from the area’s most sought after dj’s. Along with a VIP section, a dining area, two bars and a great dance floor, the Atlantis Ultra Lounge promises a wonderful experience.
This is a positive event for Nashville, creating opportunities for stylists, models and others involved in fashion throughout the year. Designers can show their collections.
