Four Seasons General Merchandise is pleased to unveil a new live chat customer support feature on 4sgm.com. The live chat service is currently available Monday thru Friday, from 9am to 6pm PST and is already a huge success.
New customers, those who need help finding an item, or first-time online buyers who want a representative to guide them through the ordering process need only to look for the Live Support banner on the left hand side of the 4sgm.com homepage.
If the banner is flashing “Online”, just one click instantly connects the user to one of Four Seasons’ multilingual customer service representatives.
A pop up window asks for the user’s desired screen name, language preference (English or Spanish), and the topic of the chat. Once the form is filled out and submitted, 4sgm.com customers can start chatting in real time with Four Seasons staff!
If the Live Support status is "Offline", customers may leave a message with the chat service and a Four Seasons representative will get back to them as soon as possible.
