Four Seasons General Merchandise is pleased to announce automatic UPS shipping estimates on its easy-to-use website 4sgm.com! Wholesale customers can now view and approve UPS shipping charges at the click of a button, thus reducing total order processing time by up to two full business days.
Once a customer checks out their desired merchandise and reaches the “Order Review” page, accepts the Terms and Conditions, and clicks "Submit", a UPS Freight Estimate screen will automatically pop up with a UPS estimate for that order.
Instead of waiting for a sales representative to call back with a shipping quote, customers may simply click “I Agree” to accept the UPS shipping cost, or “Shop More” if they would like to explore other shipping options.
This time-saving new tool is online NOW and is available to all Four Seasons customers!
Please note that UPS does not ship fragile items or bulky boxes (defined as over 150 pounds or over 140 cubic feet). Other restrictions may apply as well. If an order does not meet UPS shipping requirements, a Four Seasons salesperson will contact the customer ASAP to discuss the best shipping options for the order.
