Women Offenders Have Higher Rates of Social Problems-New Radio Show-DC Public Safety

Women offenders have higher rates of mental health problems, drug addiction and histories of sexual abuse. New radio program discusses these issues at DC Public Safety radio, television, blog and transcripts.
