Revealing India to realize India FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PR Log (Press Release) –
Apr 08, 2009 – Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh has been planning to re-introduce Indian Gaurs in Bandhavgarh National Park. Indian Gaurs were present in Forest of Bandhavgarh till 1998, but since then no Gaur was seen in Bandhavgarh National Park.
In first move, a batch of about 20 Gaurs have been planned to shift into Bandhavgarh National Park. Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh is quite on this issue at present. Given plan is on pipe-lin of Forest Department. Exact Date is yet to be decided in coming days. We can see this initiative in positive direction. As Gaurs were present in forest of Bandhavgarh till 1998, so we can hope Gaurs expected to be shifted in Bandhavgarh national park may adapt themselves comfortably into the climate of Bandhavgarh. Given move will add one more reason to visit Bandhavgarh National Park. Here if Forest Department get success, than it will open the way to translocate Swamp Deers of Kanha National Park into some other national parks of Central India. # # # Indus Excursion is a Jabalpur based Travel Agency providing all travel related services to the Tourists in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Chattisgarh & Gujrat.
