Since then she has been able to stop taking the medications that she was prescribed and has shrunk from a size 5x to a size 10, regained her health and has a brand new career helping others to do the same.
In 2008 I was suffering from a plethora of different things, from high blood pressure, depression, and fibromyalgia, says Phelps. Lynn had also had a recent hysterectomy. The odds were stacked against me, I had tried many other programs and I had given up hope of ever losing the weight. After one month on the program she was down 22lbs and knew then that she would be helping others.

Lynn began helping others only one month after beginning the program herself. She now owns a business dedicated to helping others lose weight and regain their health. “We offer something here that is hard to find, hope. Says, Lynn Phelps. I can help you via the phone, in person or through email. I don’t charge anything for my help, there is a meal replacement option, the same program that I did. They pay me to help you.”
