Alta Lift Truck Services, Inc. and Detroit Forklift today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which Alta will acquire the assets of Detroit Forklift. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Detroit Forklift, based in Detroit, Michigan, was established in 1984 and has earned a reputation in the Metro-Detroit area for its dedication to customers and thorough, educated service staff. Under the agreement, Alta will retain many of their employees and assets.
